Skanky .... pre cooked eggs.. dirty tables,condiments,ect.... I could go on but will stop..

Good coffee. Quiet place to catch up with friends.

We stopped in twice during the 2018 Adirondack Balloon Fest. Despite coming in with a group, the staff quickly took and processed our orders. The food and coffee were very good. Highly recommend.

I work across the street and eat there often. Service is great and they never mess up my order, but they need more flavor in their original recipes. The bagels are soft, chewy, and delicious, but they lack any real flavor. It's just dough in your mouth for an outrageous price. I mean... $8.55 for a bagel sandwich? Even Stewarts doesn't charge that much and it's basically the same product! Definitely worth stopping in if you're hungry, but there are better options if you're looking for the best overall experience.

Seemed to have everything I would want, was open, and cars out front, but no one would answer the drive through, drive through window was open wide and I could hear movement somewhere further inside, rang the bell several times (3) and heard it echo inside clearly. But no one came or even yelled they would be right there. Had a sleeping kid in the car so couldn't walk in, ended up driving down do Dunkin that morning. Was disappointed, I really prefer to shop local when visiting an area, and prefer genuine things over mass production where available.

I like the coffee a good variety of flavors but not happy with prices of the food or coffee so expensive!!

Normally only one person is working and they never answer the phone. It’s ridiculous that you have to call 4 times for them to pick up.

The food is amazing and the women that work there are so sweet! I wish I knew the name of the woman that almost always makes me my food but she's awesome! I assume she's the manager of the south Glens falls location and deservedly so. She's friendly and chatty but not so much so that it's overwhelming. The food always comes out great and the coffee selection is awesome. I live around the corner from Dunkin but I would rather drive the extra couple of miles for real eggs and quality coffee.

My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH place!!! Everything is made fresh right in from of you. Coffee is great, bagels are great, the teas are great! THE EVEN BETTER PART IS THE STAFF. Always so friendly !

Made this place a part of my daily routine. Coffee is always the best, with a lot of selections. Cozy. Person centered and the orchard apple sandwich is to die for!

Sue and Christine are the best! My wife and I visit here just about every weekend. Good coffee with great variety, fast friendly food service. It's become our weekend haunt.

Not only did I get a delicious bagel and refreshing iced green tea here this morning, but I had amazing service and conversation with the young man who waited on me! I am stunned at how friendly and genuinely nice he was. It was as if I was a customer who saw him every morning?! I will now go out if my way to come here on my way to work in the morning!

I have been to Cool Beans before and 100% enjoyed it. It’s cute, welcoming and you can taste that the food is healthier for you. I will randomly go to DD just because it is constantly advertised so it’s in my brain....but today I decided to go to Cool Beans South Glens Falls. I was completely satisfied till the very last bite, and thought to myself wow this is way better than DD, you can taste the freshness and that it is healthier for you! Im pretty sensitive when it comes to coffee so I drink decaf and asked for a vanilla flavoring and it was just perfect, not too sweet and didn’t need anything added and I didn’t taste that normal syrup or chemical taste creamers or the pumps give off. I don’t normally write reviews, but given that they are a smaller business and my experience today I wanted to give them props. Go to Cool Beans, you will not be disappointed!!

Staff was super friendly, but to the point where the friendliness came before figuring out how to execute an order. I was still figuring my stuff out, buy my husband and kids had ordered and didn’t get any of their stuff until two more people came in and got theirs.My husband said the espresso was horrible. I got a bagel sandwich plus a bag of day old bagels, but found out afterwards that they apparently don’t add salt to their bagel dough. So gross. Tastes like nothing. The cafe LOOKS like it knows whatsup, so I’m not totally sure why it sucked so badly.

Could you guys maybe have people who order food directly at the drive through window pull forward to wait for their food? I call ahead to pre-order breakfast/lunch 2-4 days a week and I’m often in line 10-20 minutes. Great food/service but there’s gotta be a solution to the drive through situation. (Typed this in the drive through just now, third time this week it’s been a 10+ minute wait.) I love your business but I figured you could think about some solutions to streamline your drive through; I’ve watched people in line give up and drive off quite a few times.
